By using the felting.lt ("us", "our", "we") service, you hereby agree to these conditions.

Upon ordering and purchasing an item you agree to the terms and conditions detailed below, as well as the manufacturing and delivery terms and conditions.

All content included in (such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations) is the property of my own creation. If you want somewhere to use, automatically copy the link from the original location information taken.

All digital audio and visual content, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations is property of felting.lt, is protected by copyright laws and any attempt to use the data outside of this website is forbidden.

RETURN POLICY

CANCELLATIONS FOR PLACED ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED, but if you are having problems with your order, please contact us immediately.

When placing an order, please read the item's description carefully: check the size, color and design of the product. Items received may not look like their photographic counterparts, as each one is handmade, therefore every item is one of a kind.

If the item you receive is of the wrong size or color or does not fit, you may inquire us about replacing such items in a different size or color.

We accept returns only with First Class Priority Air Mail (Or DHL courier company) and only if you have the Tracking Number of your initial order. Only then we will produce and ship the new item(s) in correct size, as soon as we receive the original order item from the buyer. 

The buyer pays return shipping and is responsible for returning items in their original condition. Any items that are returned damaged, misshaped or discoloured or ruined in any other way are not warranted for replacement.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from felting.lt are produced following a shipment contract. Please check your address and contact us if you have not received your shipment.

The package will be sent to the customer with a courier service, which will be responsible for the well-being of the parcel.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY TERMS

  • Ordering and shipping of stocked items

Stocked items (during ordering it is noted that the item(s) is in stock) are shipped within 3-5 business days.

In certain cases, contingency transmission periods may be longer, but we will always inform you in such events.

  • Manufacture of a new product

After receiving your request, we will always inform you via email the deadline of your item's production. During the holiday season, orders may take upwards of a month, maybe longer. Before ordering, always inquire if you have a specific date you want the item received and whether we will be able to produce it in time. Any other time of the year production should take take 2-3 weeks, approximately. 

The then finished item(s) is shipped within 3-5 business days.

If you want a warm Christmas gift ones for your loved ones, please order as early as possible (preferably in August-September).

For your convenience, you can pay by credit card directly, by Payserra or by PayPal.

We begin working on your orders only after prepayment.

We ship worldwide.

Sending by Lithuanian post takes about 2 weeks, give or take, depending on the distance. Shipping during Christmas period can take up to 2 months worldwide and 2 weeks within Lithuania.

If you want your package to be delivered within Lithuania we have the option to send your package by LPExpress or Omniva.
